need help, my ip is filered by ipfiler130

what can i do?
recently, when i use emule to download some *****. i found the download speed is shit.
FirstLY, i think there is something wrong with my net setup.
Finally, i found my ip is filered by the latest ipfiter...
what can i do? no longer use emule???
any one who can do me a favor, plz reply to me, or email to me *****

i have nothing to do with the antip2p guys, u have my words, why my ip is filtered.....
who can help me?

Hey, you got a static IP???
Than change your ISP!
Also you can try to contact the "ipfilter.dat"-Provider and beg for the removal of your IP.
