Wenn man bei uTorrent den Upload speed limitiert, kann man dann trotzdem mit vollem Speed runterladen?

wenn du bspw. max 40kb\s up hast, kannste ohne weiteres 30 freigeben, ohne das dein download beeinträchtigt wird.
