µTorrent 2.2.1 Einstellungen

Hallo,

ich suche die Besten Einstellungen für die beste Download/Uploadgeschwindigkeit (Download ist wichtiger) für die Version 2.2.1 KEINE BETA!!! In Youtube habe ich vieles Angeschaut hat mir nur bis ca. 350 kb/s gebracht... Ich freue mich für eure Antworten..

P.S. Habe eine gute W-Lan Verbindung!!
