Wordpress Premium Templates kostenlos Downloaden Legal ?

Ein Freund besitzt eine Webseite und würde sich gerne ein Premium Theme besorgen und er meinte es wäre legal wenn man z.B von einem Filehosting server so wie Rapidshare das Theme kostenlos downloadet. Ich sagte ihm er solle es lassen lieber lassen denn wozu kostet es ja Geld, aber was denkt ihr ist es legal und kann er erwischt werden falls er das Themplate downloaden und benutzen würde ?
