Normales Download genauso gefährlich wie uTorrent?

ein normaler Download ist nicht strafbar. uTorrent etc. arbeiten aber nur mit einer speziellen Software, die die Daten auch wieder zum upload zur Verfügung stellt. Und upload wird mit vervielfältigen gleichgesetzt und das ist strafbar.
