Now I mostly did a whole lot of bugfixes instead of implementing new features.
wir haben jetzt ein schönes kleines subforum im offiziellen Forum, mit known bugs, todos etc.

Gleich mal Testen *froi*

Starten tut er aber mir ist (schon letztens) ein Bug aufgefallen:

Hat man in den Einstellungen 'minimiert beim Starten' aktiviert und installiert einen neuen Mod passiert folgendes:

Emule läd, macht den Start-Assi auf und minimiert sich, Emule ist dann nicht mehr zu aktivieren (modaler Dialog?, aber Hauptptogramm bekommt über Taskleiste/Alt-Tab keinen Focus), außer man nimmt im Taskmanager Anwendung --> Wechseln zu Emule

Ansonsten hätte ich immer noch gern einen aufgespalteten Festplatte voll/Server lost Benachrichtigungs-Punkt.

Wird sofort getestet. Soviel Fleiß muß belohnt werden :)

Zuletzt hatte ich die 9b getestet und bin jetzt ganz gespannt was sich so getan hat.

Das mit dem selbstentpackenden Archiv ist sicher nett gemeint - hat mich aber eben schon einige Minuten gekostet, weil ich üblicherweise für jede neue Version ein Verzeichnis anlege - nun durfte ich alle files einzeln auf meiner eMule Partition zusammensuchen, da beim Entpacken defaultmäßig kein Ordner erstellt wurde.. :?

Habe im net die "normale" lovelace.10d und eine lovelace.10d(uncut) gefunden. :!:

Kann mir jemand den Unterschied erklären, ich kann keinen Unterschied feststellen, zumindest was die opionen angeht.

@cosmic girl: du kannst auch mit nem rectsklick auf die exe und dann winrar-extraxt to arbeiten, geht auch ;)

die 10d sollte jetzt sehr(!) stabil sein...

Ja sowas ist echt immer wieder deprimierend. :lol:

Aktuell .28aLovelace 10d in der Testphase.

Habe das mal aus dem alten Thread hier neu reingestellt,damit die teilweise offenen Fragen eventuell auch noch beantwortet werden.

Schönheitsfehler und/oder Bugs
Dann habe ich immer wieder Probleme mit der Clients.met.Undzwar fängt,es damit an das so hyroglyphen Hash oder 20 mal der gleiche Hash aber verschiedene Usernicks unter bekannten Clients angezeigt wird.Mit der Zeit sinkt mein DL und nach 3-4 Tagen geht nix mehr.Ich finde auch nur einen Bruchteil der Clients wieder,die bei mir Credits haben und ich bei ihnen.Meine letzte Clients.met war 1,5 mb gross aber mit der geht auch nix mehr.Helfen tut nur ein eigener neuer UserHash und eine neue Clients.met.Dann zeigt tcpview immer bedeutend mehr offene Verbindungen an als Emule selbst,das ist aber bei allen Versionen so.das bezieht sich auf alle bisherigen Versionen.Wie das mit der neuen Version ist kann ich noch nicht sagen.

Dazu noch ein paar Fragen

1.Kann es sein das die Sockets nicht sauber gehandelt werden und mit der Zeit den Speicher fühlen und offen bleiben?

2.Wie wirkt sich eine Einstellung die mehr Verbindungen als das Hardwaretechnische Limit zulässt auf Emule bzw das gesamt System aus?

3.Was passiert eigentlich wenn jemand seine Clients.met löscht den Userhash aber behält.Sind dann meine Credite bei ihm weg und er hätte seine noch bei mir?Weil einige haben Credite bei mir wo ich 100%weiss das ich bei ihnen auch welche hätte nur sind meine weg.Wurde mit schon von Usul beantwortet,würde aber gerne noch die Meinung einens 2. oder mehreren Experten hören.

Verbesserungsvorschläge und Anmerkungen
Erstmal grosses Lob an Lovelace für die super Arbeit.

So was mich nervt ist das ständig User bei mir saugen,bei denen ich den Status voll habe.Ich hätte also gerne eine Option die Leuten meinen Upload gibt bei denen ich zumindest in der QR stehe.Denn es ist zuoft der Fall das ich diese User wo mein Status auf voll steht nie wieder sehe und meine Credits mir nix nutzen.Ich weiss gleiches gilt dann auch für mich aber das ist dann gut so.Ich möchte nur nicht laufend jemand etwas geben wo ich nie etwas bekomme und ich weiss wovon ich rede.

Oder wie wäre es mit einem globalen Creditsystem.Oder einem was Session abhängig ist mit dann möglichem Powerdownload.

Ich finde das aktuelle ist zu angreiffbar da es zu User abhängig ist.

So, ich habe mir den MOD jetzt auch mal angetan und bin eigentlich ein wenig verwundert.

Wieso werde ich mit folgenden Nachrichten zugemüllt ???

3x "AUTOMATED MESSAGE: You're being banned because your client is behaving agressively!"

12x "Your client is connecting to fast. It has been banned."

Die Nachrichten scheinen alle von verschiedenen Benutzern zu kommen und nicht von Servern. Die Option "Save Connect" ist aktiviert.

Irgendwie nervt das. Ich benutze die Version gerade mal gut 1h.
