(*) The minimal number of slots is 1! If the client does not reach the limit of upload, a new slot is created ! I integrated a temporization of 10s between every creation of slots so as to leave the time to the new client to "fill" the remainder of upload as possible! In the same way when a client disappears, a temporization of 10s comes into play to allow the already present clients in the upload list to try to reach the limit of upload! So only the indispensable slots is created! Example: if a client can remain only in the list, it monopolizes the limit of upload otherwise a slot new is created. In the case of two customers: the mod will give for example if the upload limit is of 13, 6.5Ko / in each! If one of both clients is limited in 1.4Ko/s the other one will monopolize the remainder thus 11,6Ko/s otherwise a slot new will be created! If the client disappears, 10s are tuned to the downloading client in 1.4Ko/s to monopolize the remainder otherwise a slot new is created!

I integrated a limit concerning the number of opened slots equal to the lower whole value of the limit of upload divided by 2 ...

Do not worry if you see a known leecher in the waiting list, the icon associated appears only after an attempt of access to the upload list !
