Changelog

1) Added BadWolf Upload
2) Remade all averages calculations to use less memory
3) Graphical fix in download list (now titles are right columned with or without comments icon)
4) Moved "open incoming folder.." command from TOOLS menu to Categories TAB menu (for people like me that use different folders for each category)
5) eMule starts with High Priority
6) Locked some Pawcio BC options to fit best with BadWolf Upload
7) Percentage of download on progressbar with 2 decimals "0.00%"
