Warum ist die Downloadrate bei BitTorrent auf 0Kb/s?

Ich will eine Datei mit BitTorrent downloaden, aber die Übertragungsrate ist konstant auf 0Kb/s. Mein Internet funktioniert super, und mein Firewall ist so eingestellt, dass er Internetzugriffe von BitTorrent durchlässt. Warum die schlechte Übertragungsrate???
