Bester Audio-Format bei Videos?

Hallo,
Was ist der beste Audio Format bei Videos.
Habe einen Youtube Downloader und habe es so eingestellt das ich als .mkv runterlade.
Jetzt kann ich bei Audio den Format ändern welcher wäre empfehlend bzw. ist der beste?
Möchte natürlich die beste Qualität haben.
Zur Auswahl gibt es:
AAC, MP3, AMR, MP4, WAV, OGG, APE, FLAC, PCM 16, PCM 32, PCM U8, VORBIS, M4A

hier gilt das gleiche wie bei deiner anderen frage: lade das original runter. youtube erzeugt aac 44,1 khz in unterschiedlicher bitrate. hier ein link zu meinen aktuellen tests dazu:
